Banh xeo Can Tho style 


This is call Vietnamese Sizzling Crepes, 
usually enjoy during the summer time
because there is an abundance of greens and herbs.

It can be filled with your choice of meats:

usually chicken or thinly sliced pork belly
shrimp
onions
scallions 
bean sprouts 

This was done with the last of our fresh summer greens
This one was still in the frying pan ^_^
