Sweet and Spicy Mango Shrimp on Crispy Vermicelli & Raspberries Molten Lava Cakes with a Berry Melba sauce
My first molten lava cake ever
Mixing the batter
it was really hot that day
and no matter how long I had it in the fridge
After snapping a few photos,
it started to melt like no tomorrow =(
Anyone have any tips for this?
