Honey Lemon Chicken and Roasted Peppers, Onions and Garlic Herb Couscous

I forgot about it in the oven and scorched the skin a bit

 Roasted Pepper and Couscous (this is the vegan because there is no chicken yet)

 added the roasted honey lemon chicken to round out the meal
