Herb Chicken served over Peach Mango salsa and butter chive sweet corn ^_^

Fudge Brownies
A friend requested brownies, so I legit made like 5 different batches of brownies....
I kinda don't ever want to see a brownie now ...
over dose on brownies and am still recovering!!!
Does it look fudgey enough?

Banh Beo

A vietnamese dish that is usually served at breakfast

Banh Uot Cha Lua & Cha Ca

Banh Uoc (steam rice noodles mom made from scratch)

Cha Ca

Cha Ca (fried fish cake mom made from scratch.)

Banh Uot Cha Lua & Cha Ca

the noodles, fried fish cake, cha lua, fried shallots, bean sprouts and sauce...
another of my favorite, this is not the true version, just what we had on hand that day

Seasoned Noodles with dipping sauce and greens

Probably one of the simplest meal we love to enjoy, but it was so awesome you couldn't stop eating it. You need some season noodles, fresh greens and sauces of your choice.

Fresh Fiddle heads
available only in the northeast of the U.S.A. for 2 or 3 weeks in the beginning of spring. They are shipped to everywhere but people in places like California pay around 19.99lb per lb...here we get them from the source so around 2.99lb or 3.99 a lb unless you have some in your backyard!!!

They are very similar to asparagus, though if not cleaned well or cooked long enough you can get food poisoned from them. I trimmed and washed these like 10 times already, but they still needed a few more washes

Banh Khoai Mi (Yucca Cake)

Yucca Cake we made the other night...you might think that it's strange, but the shreds of fine yucca replaces the flour in this recipe. think finely shredded coconut, that kind of consistency.

it mildly rich, soft, crisp and lightly sweet...my mom isn't into sweet sweets
